Be Inspired by Danny Bottcher…..

We are surrounded by amazing families that have inspired us. We’ve had 2 families show their support for GiGi’s Playhouse and Hugs + Mugs by hosting Lemonade Stands and 1 family created friendship bracelets they sold to raise money for GiGi’s. When I asked why they decided to host a lemonade stand, they explained that what inspires them to do good in this world is the idea that goodness and happiness is something that can be shared. It is possible to do good on any scale: whether it is simply smiling at someone, hosting a lemonade stand or pushing for a cause they personally believe in.

Danny Bottcher is an AMAZING young man!  Danny is 11 years old and a 6th Grader at South Middle School in Arlington Heights.  Danny asked to have his own Lemonade Stand, and the price of a glass of lemonade was simply a donation to GiGi’s Playhouse and Hugs + Mugs – no matter how large or small – a donation would get you a glass of lemonade! Danny and his family came to Hugs + Mugs Wednesday with a whopping $104.31! WOW! Everyone at GiGi’s and Hugs + Mugs would like to Thank You Danny – You Rock!!

Consider showing your support for GiGi’s and Hugs + Mugs by hosting a Lemonade Stand – Register your team today by emailing us at hugsandmugs@gigisplayhouse.org.
