GiGi’s Playhouse Sugarland empowers adults with Down syndrome through career-readiness programs. The blog highlights Lexi, a college graduate with Down syndrome, who secured a job at Mercedes-Benz with GiGi’s support. Their programs have benefited over 90 adults in two years, offering employment training and community internship opportunities. They are addressing the growing need for adult-focused services as life expectancy increases for individuals with Down syndrome.
