December 2024 Newsletter

The newsletter from GiGi’s Playhouse reflects on the accomplishments of 2024, highlighting the opening of new Playhouses and the expansion of their reach to individuals with Down syndrome in 93 countries. They provided over 340,000 hours of free programming, including one-on-one tutoring and adult programs, while facing challenges due to a volunteer shortage and rising operational costs. The newsletter emphasizes key areas for funding: volunteer support, adult programming for aging individuals with Down syndrome, and advocacy against bullying and for acceptance.
