GiGi U – Third Session off to a strong start!
GiGi U is off and running – literally running!  Each day at GiGi U, fitness is a priority.  Our GiGi U students are quickly learning the importance of maintaining a physically active lifestyle as adults and reaping the benefits of developing these healthy new habits!  A few students are even trying to challenge their instructors to run, instead of doing a fitness walk once per week!
Look out!!! This group is on the move!

“I thought as a teacher I would be doing the teaching, but somehow the roles always get reversed. They are motivating me to improve my own fitness goals!

-Mary Jo Shepherd, Program Coordinator- GiGi U
