World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) is March 21st!

At GiGi’s Playhouse, we’re celebrating by highlighting our participants' incredible abilities and achievements! Whether they’re becoming authors, artists, athletes, social butterflies, or more, individuals with Down syndrome are capable of SO MUCH!

Meet Ravaughn

Ravaughn is a natural storyteller – funny, charismatic, and full of life. Ravaughn participates in literacy tutoring, math tutoring, GiGiFIT, and GiGi’s Kitchen. Recently, Ravaughn took his storytelling skills to new heights by writing and publishing a memoir, officially becoming an author!

Meet Tsubaki

A bright 6-year-old, Tsubaki participates in GiGi’s group programs and receives our one-on-one tutoring in literacy and math. Tsubaki’s development in math, reading, and language is impressive, and as a result, she’s an incredibly social, well-liked classmate at school!

Meet GiGi B.

GiGi B., a participant in multiple GiGi’s programs, knows a thing or two about accomplishments. A talented athlete, GiGi participates in the Special Olympics and played goalie on a state championship soccer team! GiGi excels as a student, and she’s recently been accepted into the National Honor Society!

Our participants are proving that Down syndrome doesn’t define them. While they face certain obstacles, GiGi’s FREE educational, therapeutic, and career training programs empower individuals with Down syndrome to overcome these obstacles, reach their potential, and achieve their dreams!

Though our programs are 100% FREE to those in the Down syndrome community, they aren’t free to provide—that’s why we rely on your generosity. In honor of World Down Syndrome Day, we’re asking you to make a monthly or one-time $21 donation to help us sustain our life-changing programs.
