Where do I park?

Valet parking is available for our guests for $15. The Indiana Roof Ballroom’s main entrance is on Washington Street through the Indiana Repertory Theatre Building. They are also connected to the Embassy Suites Hotel/Court Street Parking Garage through the 7th floor, the Circle Center Mall Parking Garages, as well as the 5th floor of the Embassy Suites Hotel and we are just across the street from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. What should I wear to the I Have A Voice Gala?

We encourage cocktail attire, black-tie optional.

Is there a coat check available?

Complimentary coat check will be available for your convenience.

How do I check in?

Guest names will be held at check-in .
Please check in by your last name.

Where is the ATM located?

An ATM is available in the lobby of the Embassy Suites.

When should I sign up for mobile bidding for the silent auction?

To ease the process of silent auction bidding, we encourage you to register for mobile bidding prior to the event HERE. (Make sure to bookmark the site on your phone!) Go to Click “Sign In” to create your account and register your credit card to make auction bids!
