Liz Richards - Executive Director
Liz Richards is so excited to be joining the GiGi’s team as the Executive Director! After graduating from IUPUI, she moved to South Bend to become the Director of Camp Millhouse, a nonprofit summer camp for children and adults with disabilities. From there she continued working in the nonprofit field and became an Employment Consultant and eventually the Family Services Program Manager at another organization that serves individuals with disabilities, ADEC Inc. For the last few years, she has served as the Director of The Recovery Café in Lafayette Indiana, but is thrilled to finally be back in Indianapolis where most of her family resides. Liz enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and has recently welcomed a new puppy, Miller, to the family!

Since then, she has gone on to become our Operations Manager, guiding us through a pandemic and more. Outside of work, Riley loves hiking in the Smokies, spending time at the lake, searching for new and exciting local restaurants and ending the day sitting on her front porch with her family and a sunset.
Adrienne Numbers – Programs Manager
Adrienne Numbers, a recent UIndy grad with a doctorate in Occupational Therapy and a Master of Science in Aging Studies, is joining the GiGi's Playhouse Indianapolis team! Adrienne's passion for helping individuals with Down syndrome and cerebral palsy blossomed during her childhood, thanks to her lifelong friend David (who has Down syndrome) and stepsister Debrah (who has cerebral palsy).
After a decade in healthcare marketing and sales, Adrienne decided to switch gears and pursue her dream of providing hands-on care. She's always had her eye on GiGi's Playhouse and, during her final year at UIndy, jumped at the chance to complete her Capstone project at GiGi's Playhouse Indianapolis. The rest, as they say, is history!
When she's not busy spreading joy at GiGi's Playhouse Indianapolis, you can find Adrienne exploring new places with her son Jakobi Lynn and boyfriend Justin. And how will you spot Adrienne in a crowd? Just look for the person who's always got everyone out on the dance floor! With her boundless energy, love, and expertise, Adrienne is thrilled to be part of the GiGi's Playhouse Indianapolis family!

Molly Dubovec – Board President
Molly and her husband Bobby were college sweethearts meeting at the end of their freshman year in 2004. They would run into each other often prior to becoming a couple because they played on the softball and baseball teams of The University of Akron in Ohio. Molly studied nursing and obtained a bachelor's degree of science in nursing from Malone College (Ohio). She specializes in brain injury and stroke and has worked at The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana for 15 years. Bobby also graduated from Malone College with a bachelor's degree in science. He currently operates his own business, The Exchange. They married in 2010 and moved from Ohio to start their family in Fishers, Indiana.
Molly and Bobby have 2 children, Lincoln and Charlie. Lincoln is 11 years old and attends Saint Louis de Montfort Catholic School. He loves playing sports, fishing, biking, reading, and video games. Charlie is 9 years old and attends full time ABA at Lighthouse Autism Center in Castleton. Charlie happens to have Down syndrome and autism. He loves Mickey Mouse, swinging, jumping on trampolines, and going for bike rides.
Charlie’s Down syndrome diagnosis was a surprise at birth. Molly and Bobby were hoping to find resources and support to help them navigate the new path their life had taken. They heard about GiGi’s Playhouse and quickly learned that one was going to be opening in Indianapolis only a few months after Charlie was born. The family attended opening day with baby Charlie in tow and they haven’t stopped being a part of the GiGi’s Playhouse Indianapolis family since! Molly has been serving on the Board of Directors since January 2023.

Nick Ohrn - Board Treasurer
Hi, I’m Nick Ohrn. As a person who loves numbers and details, I’m currently principal at Ohrn Consulting where I advise companies on their growth strategies and guide their FP&A initiatives. My experience includes working for VC backed technology companies leading Finance, Accounting, HR and acting as an extension of the Sales & Marketing teams. In addition, I’ve led or been part of M&A teams working with larger transactions. I really enjoy working in an exciting collaborative environment trying to solve tough problems with a bunch of people who are smarter than me! I’m a native Hoosier, but lived in California for 15 years, I completed my undergrad at IU Bloomington, and I have an MBA from Santa Clara University.
In late 2020, when Oliver (aka Ollie, aka OllieBear, aka OllieBearGiggles) was 8 months old, my wife Sasha and I drove cross country from the Bay Area to relocate to Carmel. Since then, we have welcomed little Margaret (aka Maggie, aka MaggiePie, aka MagaSauras) to our family circus! 😊 When I’m not working or at home with the family, you’ll find me on the Pickleball court (Reluctantly, I admit I’m obsessed). I’m an avid Scuba diver and look for any reason to be by the ocean. Our family has been part of GiGi’s and the Down syndrome community since day 1 of being back in Indiana. I am truly blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing community with such love and support. I’m very humbled to be part of this elected board position!
