Grateful Participant Spotlight

Playhouse ambassador, Clark Gurley accepts the Fancy Stitches donation from Matthew and Megan Saporito.

We were so honored to received a great donation from a participants great grandmother from Cleburne, TX.

“My son Matthew and I have so enjoyed Gigi’s San Diego, and we love telling our friends and family all about what you do for us and the community!”

Matthew’s great grandmother owns a stitching shop in Cleburne, TX and has been selling special patterns to raise money to support Gigi’s San Diego.  Several people have sent canvases to her shop, Fancy Stitches in Cleburne, TX, for Matthew’s Special Basket. She marks them at a great price and all the money goes straight to Gigi’s and the DSDN, two organizations that have supported Matthew and our family tremendously for the past two years!

She would like to send the first check this month and requested Matthew and I bring it in and get a picture for her to hang in her shop.” – Megan S.
