Giving back never tasted so good!

GiGi's San Diego Board President, Kelci and Ambassador, Clark at a KUSI interview on World Down Syndrome Day.

A delicious community collaboration between GiGi’s Playhouse San Diego and the Fish Shop, a local fish eatery, happened today to become part of the celebrations of World Down Syndrome Day!

On Wednesday, March 20, GiGi’s Playhouse San Diego collaborated with a local venue, Fish Shop where a % of its day’s sales will go back to our Playhouse. GiGi’s Playhouse San Diego offers  FREE educational, therapeutic, and career-building programs to individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community. We hope to become a safe place where all are welcome, from pre-natal to adults! We want to empower individuals and families to reach their highest potential.

We were also featured in a local TV station, KUSI News, where Kacey Mckinnon interviewed our Ambassador Clark G. and Board President Kelci W. Click below to watch our interview and see the delicious selection of the Fish Shop!

Don’t feel like cooking today? No worries. Head out to celebrate and give back during World Down Syndrome Day while grabbing a delicious fish meal. You name it they probably have it on the menu!
