November 2020 Best of All!

Each month we look back on the previous month and choose 3 stories to share with our board and the national office.

We also highlight many of them on the Best of All Wall here at the Playhouse! Here’s a look back on November 2020.

Participant Best of All:

This month we really got into our GiGiFIT Toddler program! Ameila came to the playhouse and was the in-person assistant on 11/14, showing all her friends how to move their bodies– virtually! Amelia did fantastic job staying focused, following directions, and exercising her muscles! She even wore her mask the entire session, insisting on taking care of pushing it over her nose all by herself when needed

Volunteer Spotlight:

Our spotlight this month is the amazing GiGiFIT Toddler Leaders! Paige is a Physical Therapist, who is currently working throughout the pandemic at her day job, expecting a bundle of joy, and still finds time to lead GiGiFIT. Kayla and Josh are both students at St. Ambrose studying physical therapy. As you can imagine, everyone is very busy, but still remain dedicated to GiGiFIT Toddler! We are very thankful for these 3 (and ½) and for all of their hard work during these times.

Playhouse Inspiration (Donor, Outreach, Event, etc.):

Have you received a “Thank You” call from one of our wonderful marketing interns, Liz and Sam? They are calling many of the 2020 donors, letting them know how thankful we are here at GiGi’s Playhouse QC for their support. They’re loved interacting with you and hearing your words of support and appreciation. We appreciate and are thankful for YOU!
