Sofia’s Spotlight: A Love for Music and Movement

This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Sofia, whose energy and love for music bring so much excitement and joy to every program that she is a part of!

When asked about her favorite part of GiGi’s Playhouse, Sofia shared that she loves spending time with her friends. It’s clear that the friendships she builds each week are a big part of what makes GiGi’s feel so special.

This week, Sofia is especially proud of her dancing and singing. In our GiGiMOVE: Just Dance! program, her confidence continues to grow, and it’s so meaningful to watch her express herself so freely. Moments like these are what GiGiMOVE is all about… having fun, building confidence, and celebrating each participant.

Sofia’s love for music really stands out, especially when it comes to Maroon 5 and the Jonas Brothers! She loves dancing to songs like “Animals,” “Sugar,” “Maps,” “This Love,” and “Payphone,” and she lights up every time her favorite songs come on.
