GiGi’s World Down Syndrome Day Crawfish Boil
Join us for one of our most meaningful celebrations of the year!
On World Down Syndrome Day, GiGi’s Playhouse New Orleans invites the entire community to come together for our Annual Crawfish Boil — a joyful day celebrating ACCEPTANCE, inclusion, and community.
Enjoy a delicious crawfish boil expertly prepared by Sal’s Riverside Seafood & Catering, plus sweet treats, outdoor games, music, and family-friendly fun. Inside American Legion Post 350, our neighbors will be hosting Ridgewood Fest, their annual craft show, with additional food available for purchase from the Boy Scouts — making this a true community-wide festival.
Crawfish will be served starting at 12:00 PM.
Pricing: $20 for adults (10 years and up) and $10 for a child’s plate.
This year’s event is proudly presented by the Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Trust and hosted in partnership with American Legion Post 350.

Crawfish & Donations
Crawfish presale has ended, but don’t worry — we will have plenty available for purchase at the event! Crawfish will be served beginning at 12 PM and will be available while supplies last, so come early and bring your friends.
If you’re unable to attend or would like to further support our mission, donations and sponsorship opportunities are still available. Every pound peeled and every dollar donated helps GiGi’s Playhouse New Orleans continue providing free, life-changing programs for individuals with Down syndrome of all ages.
