A Magical Holiday Celebration

At GiGi’s Playhouse we provide FREE educational, therapeutic and career development programming, so WHY would we spend our time and resources on organizing giant holiday parties? We believe that everything we do at GiGi’s is ‘purposeful’.

We can give you 165 reasons why- thanks to COVID we have not been able to celebrate the holiday together since 2019 but this year our party had over 165 people in attendance!

We worked for weeks on decorating the Playhouse and planning an epic holiday party because GiGi’s is a home away from home for our families. We had a hot cocoa bar, cookie decorating, dancing and of course a visit with Santa. We were also able to purchase gifts for all our participants and friends and family 18 and under thanks in part to a donation form Auto Owners Insurance!

These types of events allow families to:

  • see old friends and meet new ones
  • engage with our volunteers in a different and relaxed way
  • show off this special space to loved ones that do not typically come here

We also welcomed 2 new families to our Playhouse because of this special gathering!

A special shout out to the 14 volunteers who gave of their time on Saturday morning in December and to our staff who spent hours making sure we could make our space comfortable for over 160 people.

Happy Holidays form everyone at GiGi’s Playhouse Madison! To see our full photo album click HERE
