Programming Attendance Reminder:
Please remember that participants, volunteers AND family members need to be checked in to the Ipads upon arrival.

We’re so grateful for your involvement in our programs, which are offered free of charge, to ensure everyone has access. We kindly ask that your commitment to these programs be just as strong as if you were paying for them elsewhere. Our dedicated staff and volunteers plan carefully and look forward to engaging with each of you on a weekly basis. Your presence truly matters!

If you are unable to attend a weekly 1:1 (literacy, math or speech) session please call/email/text as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend a weekly group program, you can log into your My GiGi's account to cancel and/or call/text or email the Playhouse to let us know.
Remember: it is very important to register for your programs each week so we know to plan for you and can reach out with any changes

All participants ages 12 and under will need to have an ADULT parent/caregiver stay in the building during their program. Please plan accordingly. You will not be able to run errands while your participant is here, but you can enjoy the family room area and grab some coffee, tea or water from our kitchen! There are no exceptions to this. Please be sure to communicate this to anyone that will be bringing your participant to the Playhouse. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

Any participant ages 13+ that may be dropped off for programming must be fully independent in the restroom without a caregiver present. This includes managing clothing, hygiene and toileting needs. Please understand that for both legal and ethical reasons, staff and volunteers at GiGi’s Playhouse are not permitted to enter restrooms to provide personal care or physical assistance. This policy is designed to protect the dignity and privacy of all participants, and to ensure that our team can focus on delivering engaging, goal-oriented programming. If your participant is not yet fully independent in this area, we warmly welcome their participation when accompanied by a parent, caregiver, or support person who can remain with them throughout the program.
