GiGi’s Playhouse is proud to introduce our very own initiative to the corporate world, focusing on the inclusion of individuals with disabilities! Promoting acceptance for all is a vital part of our organization's mission. Our program is both informative and actionable, offering a variety of opportunities to Accept, Engage, Learn, Promote, and Expand awareness regarding disabilities and those who live with them. Our goal is to raise awareness about the potential of individuals with Down syndrome and other disabilities, leading to greater acceptance and integration into the workforce!

Our program offers multiple Tiers of Acceptance.
Choose one or more of the following:

Acceptance

Have 100% of your employees take the acceptance pledge at iacceptyou.org, and share their commitment to the pledge on social media

Volunteer

Offer an array of volunteer opportunities for your employees to participate in your organization's commitment to corporate giving
Connect your employees directly with our program participants at one of our brick and mortar or virtual locations
Provide workplace training/mentorship to our GiGi Professional students from around our network

Learn

GiGi’s Playhouse to host a Disability DEI presentation for your employees
Deliver disability DEI training modules, provided by GiGi’s Playhouse, to your workforce to change perceptions and promote acceptance for people of all abilities

Promote

Showcase your organization's commitment to acceptance and inclusion of disabilities in the workforce to encourage others to follow in your footsteps
Host Acceptance/Awareness events with your local GiGi’s Playhouse to help in spreading global acceptance for all
Leverage your marketing department to amplify your commitment to GiGi’s and acceptance for all

Expand

Use our digital tools to maximize disability acceptance throughout your organization, including instructions on creating Business Resource Group (BRG) to further promote the acceptance and integration of all people
Become a game changer, and utilize these resources to onboard employees of different abilities into your organization

All organizations that complete one or more Tiers of Acceptance will receive official recognition as a #GenerationG-certified company on IAcceptYou.org

Recognition will appear on GiGi’s Playhouse promotional materials, as well as us equipping you with assets to promote your commitment to acceptance on your own website and in your offices!
