Spring into Fitness at GiGi’s Playhouse Madison!

At GiGi’s Playhouse Madison we offer a purposeful, physical-therapy based program called GiGiFIT. This program is offered for ALL Ages throughout the year: Infants, Toddlers, Kids, Teens, and Adults. The goals of our FIT programs are to increase self-confidence, self-esteem, personal wellness, and the quality of life of our participants.

GiGiFIT introduces the key movements of foundational, hip strengthening, and vestibular/balance exercises, making them successful to implement and practice at any stage of life! Specific areas include strength, endurance, joint stability, balance, and movement control.

GiGiFIT is an Enrollment based program – to start off the health and wellness journey, participants enroll by submitting an application. Once participants are confirmed to be enrolled in the program, they are signed up to attend all classes for that session.

Enrollment is OPEN for our 2024 Spring Session! All GiGiFIT classes will run on the same time/day each week – beginning the week of January 29th and going through April 26th.

GiGiFIT Class offerings for Spring 2024 include:
