Kelly Antonson Promoted to Site Director

Congratulations to Kelly Antonson on being promoted to Site Director!

We are pleased to announce Kelly Antonson’s promotion to Site Director of GiGi’s Playhouse Madison. Kelly has been involved with GiGi’s, since 2016 when she started as a volunteer on the gala committee and later moved into a board member position as Marketing Chair. In March of 2020, Kelly stepped in as Site Manager, a staff role. During her tenure, she has worked tirelessly to find creative ways to provide essential services to our families during the pandemic and to significantly improve our overall operations and communications. Kelly has proven to be a strong advocate for our Madison Playhouse and families and an excellent teammate for the whole network of 60 playhouses. In November, Kelly was awarded the “Get It Done” Core Value Award by our national office for being an exemplary staff member.

Kelly came to GiGi’s from the corporate world as a marketing professional, and she has brought with her a new perspective and passion to move our playhouse forward. Her business background and experience has helped us successfully manage and grow our nonprofit organization during a pandemic.

As Site Director, Kelly takes on a leadership role including supervising staff, contractors, and volunteers, ensuring top notch operations, and increasing outreach efforts for community engagement and connection with our playhouse. Currently, Kelly is recruiting team members – a part-time, paid, staff position of Program and Volunteer Coordinator and volunteers to develop our diversity, equity, inclusion, and outreach committees. Contact us if interested in these exciting opportunities – madison@gigisplayhouse.org

Please help us congratulate Kelly on her accomplishments and her promotion to Site Director!
