Forward is a Fun Way to Go

One year ago today we re-opened our Playhouse doors, on a limited basis, since closing in-person programming due to the pandemic.  We welcomed four famlies, one at a time, for our first in-person Speech and Language Therapy session after having our doors closed for 11 months!

We were thankful as an organization we were able to pivot to 100% virtual programming and even more thankful that our families and volutneers were open to the possibility!

Today our Playhouse is in a constant state of motion!

Our Spring programming session is kicking off this week and as you can see from the overflowing wall of name tag lanyards we have a lot of families participating! Those hooks were empty for a long time and we are so happy to see all the names again.

Families are able to sign up for our always FREE, therapeutic and educational programming happening 6 days a week!

Our awesome volunteers are running the following programs this Spring:

  • Literacy Tutoring
  • Math Tutoring
  • Speech and Language Therapy
  • Fantastic Friends – for ages 18+
  • Teen Tastic- for ages 13-17
  • LMNOP- for ages birth-3
  • Yoga- for ages 8+
  • Special Olympics Young Athletes- for ages 5-12
  • Dynamic Duals- for all ages
  • Dance- for ages 15+
  • Virtual Dance Party- for ages 13+

Moving forward is such an incredible feeling and allows us to experience turly inspiring things everytime a family is in our beautiful Playhouse.

We can’t wait to celebrate all the Best of All moments at our programs this Spring!
