Disco Ball Gala- Gratitude for our Silent Auction Donors and Winners!

Congratulations on being a silent auction winner! If you have not yet picked up your item, we have a couple options for you to do so: 

1. If you won gift certificates only (no actual product) then we will mail your certificate to you. 
2. If you won a basket or combination fo basket and gift certificate, you can pick up your items at the playhouse the following times this week:
   • Monday- 10-5
   • Tuesday- 8:30-6
   • Wednesday- 9-7
   • Thursday 10-7
   • Friday- 8:30-1

You can bid until 9:15pm on Friday, October 4th.

The silent auction is a large part of our fundraising efforts for our annual Gala. Everyone is welcome to take part in the auction because you can bid on your phone. You do not need to be in attendance at the gala to win an auction!

If you win an item and are attending the gala, you will be able to take the winning item home with you.

If you win an item and are not attending the gala, you can schedule a time to pick it up at the Playhouse during office hours, which are listed on our calendar. We can mail gift certificates to you. We will be in touch after the gala if you have a winning item!
