Born This Way

Born This Way is a six-episode documentary on A&E about 7 young adults with Down syndrome living in California.

The series follows Megan, an entrepreneur who is pursuing her dream to be a film producer, Sean, a golfer and self-described “ladies man” who is looking at the possibility of living on his own, Elena, who is energetic, dramatic, and struggles with accepting her disability, and 4 of their friends. The show also provides interviews with the parents of the cast as they share their joys and struggles of raising their kids.

The show’s final episode airs this Tuesday, January 12 at 10 p.m. eastern on A&E. Episodes can also be viewed at https://www.aetv.com/shows/born-this-way. The show was recently renewed for a second season.
