THE CUTTING EDGE

PRESENTED BY:
Gretchen Lehane PT and Cathy Shepherd OT

It appears to be our time! The Gerber Baby is a child with T21, we have a Carters Baby Clothes model that is a child with T21, and they are both from Georgia. We have over 40 parents getting tattoos at GiGi’s in the past 2 months. We have Georgia Tech with a college certificate program for special needs kids. And we have GiGi’s Playhouse Atlanta, and all the agencies that serve our children coming together to improve resources and have less duplication of services for our children, so we can all provide more in depth services for children with Downs Syndrome.
You can help us by letting us know how we can help you and your child be the best they can be!
In April we will be doing another Tune Up clinic day in West Cobb, where we help parents with questions and give them strategies or resources to support their child’s progress.
We would also like to set up a tour for our families at Ga Tech. They want Families to start touring early on, so families know what they offer and how to prepare their child for the program. Contact Fred or Howie if you are interested in a group tour or a tune up clinic!
