Welcome Sherron!

We are honored to introduce you to Sherron, who is working as our Equity & Inclusion Consultant for GiGi’s Playhouse Twin Cities. We are so lucky to have Sherron be part of our community.

“I’m thrilled to join GiGi’s Playhouse as an Equity and Inclusion Consultant. Prior to GiGi’s Playhouse, I worked as an Equity Teacher within the education sector. Working with children and families for over 20 years has been my life’s passion.  I’ve had the experiences of teaching, program director,  and as an assistant principal in Minneapolis Public Schools, F.A.I.R Fine Arts Interdisciplinary Resource School, Metropolitan State University, and Osseo Area Schools.

I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota, where I majored in Organizational/ Industrial Psychology earning a master’s degree in Elementary Education and Youth Development Leadership.

I currently live in Minneapolis with my two beautiful daughters. When I’m not keeping busy with the girls, you can find me traveling with family and friends. ” – Sherron
