Message from the President

Message from the President:

It has been a little over (3) weeks since GiGi’s Playhouse Tampa has opened its doors to the public and the response has been amazing!  Just in the last (3) weeks over 400 individuals have attended our different programs including Destination Discovery, Playhouse Pals, Special Olympics Young Athletes, LMNOP, Inspire Kitchen Cooking Club and numerous Parent and Volunteer Orientations.

As we continue to grow our reach into the community, additional programs will be added.  I’m so excited about the launch of one-on-one math and Literacy programs in the beginning of 2019.  Stay tuned to our website and our newsletters for announcements about new programming and opportunities to come to the playhouse.

Our Next major event is this upcoming Friday the 14thof September – the Art Institute is hosting a fundraiser for GiGi’s Playhouse Tampa at the Playhouse starting at 6PM. I hope to see you all there.

For all my thrill seekers, do not forget about our upcoming Over the Edge Event on October 27th, 2018.  This is your opportunity to rapel down a 12-story building.  There are still a few spots left to repel, however, they are filling up quickly, so go and register before the event is sold out.  Click the following link to learn more about the event: https://gigisplayhouse.org/tampa/over-the-edge/

I look forward to seeing each and every one of you at the Playhouse,

Sincerely

Christopher A. Steele
