Music Therapy for ages 5-10
Saturday from 9:00-10:00 am
Funday Open Play (Ages 0-5)
from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Stop in and enjoy the Playhouse with your child, visit with other families, or participate in one of a variety of activities facilitated by the MENP team of UCSD Nursing Students. Activities will change weekly, but will always be engaging and beneficial for you and your child!
Fitness Fun (Ages 13+)
from 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Fitness Fun is designed to increase physical activity — both in class and at home!
Increasing functional potential in individuals with Down syndrome allows them to keep up with their peers and everyday life. The Fitness Fun program is safe, effective, and progressive to address low muscle tone, joint laxity, and decreased balance for individuals with Down syndrome of all ages.

Karate Kickers (Ages 8+)
from 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Karate Kickers focuses on the development of balance, coordination, discipline, focus, attention, and confidence. There will be no physical contact between peers.
For youth with Down syndrome ages 8 and up. Siblings are welcome!

Fantastic Friends (Ages 18+)
from 6:00 – 7:30 pm
LMNOP (Ages 0-3)
from 10:00 – 11:30 am
LMNOP (Language Music N’ Our Peeps) is an interactive and engaging program designed to guide parents and young children through learning basic sign language and other forms of communication using music and language-based activities. LMNOP is recommended for ages Birth-36 months.
Cooking Club (Ages 10+)
from 1:00 – 2:30 pm
Get cooking with your friends at GiGi’s! This program is geared toward building safety awareness in the kitchen and preparing healthy recipes that taste great. Recommended for ages 10 and up.
Kids Club (Ages 5-12)
from 10:00 – 11:30 am
Kids Club supports the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program will also support gross motor skills through active games, fine motor and self-help skills through meal/snack preparation and activities. Siblings are welcome!
