Standards of Execution Certificates

Our Playhouse is guided by a set of SOEs (Standards of Execution). There are 7 areas covered by these SOEs. In the past year, we have worked very hard to excel in all areas. We are now a Center of Excellence in 3 areas and a Strong location in 3 areas. Being recognized for 6 out of 7 areas is no small task and we are proud of this achievement. These SOEs are the key elements of our business, articulate expectations for Playhouses, identify and recognize leaders across the networks and help us build goals for the future.
