321…. the countdown is on

If you following the blog or Facebook page for GiGi’s national office, you may have noticed an exciting announcement that was made yesterday.

In 4 days, GiGi’s as a nationwide network will be launching a new awareness initiative related to World Down Syndrome Day which is March 21st (3/21). We will be featuring individuals from across the network for 321 days on all of our social media outlets. Please join us in this effort to help spread awareness and acceptance. GiGi’s Playhouse Inc Blog

Locally, we are holding an event on 3/21 to bring people to the Playhouse and Rock Their Socks. This event is being brought to you by two St Ambrose Students and they are very excited about it. Please join us and them in celebrating World Down Syndrome Day. Not able to attend? That’s OK. We dare you to wear your crazy socks and share with others why you’re sporting them under your suit, uniform, etc. Take pictures and share them with us. We want to see all the support taking place outside the Playhouse too!
