A New Year Means New Beginnings!

To my incredible GiGi’s Family,

A new year means a new beginning.

I’ve had the privilege to be a part of so many families’ journeys at GiGi’s Playhouse NYC for almost three years – as a volunteer and as staff.

Each and every one of you has a special place in my heart.

It has been an honor to witness your loved ones thrive at the Playhouse! From learning how to read and cook, to navigating subways during summer programs. From exploring their creativity through art, science, karate and acting, to simply watching them grow physically and socially. And how can I ever forget our epic karaoke dance parties?!Thank you for allowing me to be part of this community. I’ve had the support of many volunteers, community friends, and Playhouse staff. I’ve learned so much from YOU and our participants about love, strength, and confidence.

I will be moving to the Philippines to be closer to my own family but I will always be part of the GiGi’s Family.

I hope to see you all at my last Playhouse event this Sunday, January 6th at the Winter Celebration.

Much Love,
Jasmine

I’d love to introduce you to Katie Momenee!

Katie comes from a performance background with a love for music, theatre, film and of course, jazz hands. Katie is really excited to be a part of the team here at GiGi’s Playhouse and can’t wait to begin connecting with everyone!

Fun Facts: she enjoys going to see new movies, biking through Brooklyn, and hanging out with her kittens, Buddy and Luna!
