VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR

GiGi’s Playhouse Milwaukee was thrilled to learn that our Christmas Wish nomination to our banking partner, Bank Five Nine, won! Bank Five Nine’s mission is to Make Lives Better and we at GiGi’s playhouse Milwaukee, couldn’t agree more! Susan Waldkirch was nominated to receive this special gift because of her years of selfless volunteerism and commitment to our Milwaukee Playhouse. Susan has been a board member since the founding days and has been our go-to gal for events, resource fairs, programs, and countless outreach efforts. This pandemic presented Susan and her family with a few extra challenges and we are so thrilled to bring her some cheer and recognition for all the wonderful things she does. It seems especially fitting as Susan is our volunteer of the year. Susan plans to step down from the board this year and we will miss her greatly but are thrilled that she will continue on as a committee member.
