gala thank you

Thank you for making our 8th annual gala the most successful to date!

We enjoyed an evening of inspiration that brought out the best in about 200 people who attended in-person and for all the donors who bid on silent auction items from home.

From an incredible speech by Special Olympian, Annie Mulligan, to a dance by the ConfiDancers, to awards and lots of paddle raises, we truly had a beautiful celebration of our Down syndrome community.

Save the date for the 2025 Gala: October 10, 2025 at the Madison Concourse Hotel.

Dj Blackstreet Boy, Justin Neal, will be getting the party started for our epic dance party!

Virtually Visit GiGi’s Playhouse Madison

One in every 700 babies is born with Down syndrome, making it a leading cause of developmental delay. Individuals with Down syndrome experience challenges with the development of speech and language and motor skills. GiGi’s Playhouse offers lifetime support from prenatal diagnosis to adulthood. Because of the generosity of both supporters and a large team of volunteers, all GiGi’s programs are provided free of charge to participants. GiGi’s purposeful, individual, and group programs use a holistic approach, targeting all areas of development.

This year, we continued to think creatively and learned how we could best serve our community both virtually and in-person on a local and national level. Thanks to the flexibility of our volunteers and Playhouse families we have been able to continue making meaningful connections and continue offering our always FREE, educational, therapeutic and career development programming.
