New volunteer opportunities!

New volunteer opportunities are coming to GiGi’s Playhouse Indianapolis. Have you been thinking about volunteering and wondering how you should get involved? Here are some ideas:

LITERACY TUTORING

Tutor Workshop Schedule (Attendance is required at all sessions for NEW tutors)

Session 1: Sunday, April 24, 2016, 12-2 p.m., New Tutors ONLY

  • This session will cover the concepts and goals of tutoring, responsibilities and general guidelines.

Session 2: Sunday, April 24, 2016, 2-4 p.m., for Current and New Tutors

  • This session will cover methods of tutoring and tutors will participate in a mock tutoring session.

3.21 RUN/WALK COMMITTEE CALL-OUT MEETING

We are having a call out meeting for anyone interested in helping out with our 2nd annual 3.21 run. (By the way, don’t forget to save the date for this year’s 3.21 run, September 10, 2016 at Forest Park in Noblesville.)

All are welcome and we are especially looking for individuals with grant writing experience.

VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION

The first Tuesday of every month at 6p.m.
