Giveback In Our Community

On Thursday, May 8th Kendra Scott invited Hugs & Mugs to their Deer Park location for a give back night. From 3-5, Hugs & Mugs was there with Store Manager, Kya, Career Programs Manager, Megan, and Hugs & Mugs graduate and GiGi Ambassador, Kiera! Kendra Scott gave 20% of their entire proceeds back to Hugs & Mugs to continue providing FREE career training skills to adults with Down syndrome. They even gave us a promotional code to use online for the weekend, where 20% of those proceeds also came back to Hugs.

Kiera spent the evening greeting customers, telling them all about GiGi’s Playhouse, ringing them up at the register, and even helping to customize their jewelry pieces! We had an amazing night, thanks to the wonderful Kendra Scott employees. We can’t wait for our next partnership event with them, so look out for those dates!
