Giving Tuesday Events!

GiGi’s Playhouse is a one-of-a-kind achievement center for individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community. GiGi’s Playhouse offer1:1, group and career development programs that advance literacy, math skills, motor skills and more; all of which are FREE of charge.  

All programs are based on best practices for learning styles specific to Down syndrome and customized to ensure individual success. GiGi’s Playhouse serves infants through adults. GiGi’s Playhouse is headquartered in Hoffman Estates, IL with 46 locations throughout the United States and Mexico and more opening soon!

We are so grateful to the many generous people who support GiGi’s Playhouse through volunteering, donations and peer-to-peer and event fundraising. We would like to give everyone the chance to see their time, efforts, and dollars in action.

On Tuesday, December 3, in conjunction with Giving Tuesday, the National Playhouse in Hoffman Estates will be hosting an open house event that will show a sampling of many of the programs we run on a weekly and monthly basis.    

Everyone is invited to stop in anytime between 10 am-7 pm to see so many of our participants in action. In addition to the schedule below, Hugs + Mugs, our coffee shop and design studio, will be offering special deals on this day only.  

For those that visit during the Giving Tuesday Open House and deliver a donation in person will receive a free small gift. 

 

The schedule for Tuesday, December 3 will be as follows:

10:00 am: LMNOP

10 am-12 pm: GiGi U and GiGi Prep

10 am-12 pm: GiGi Professional

12-1 pm: GiGiFIT Adult

1-7 pm: Speech, Math & Literacy Tutoring

5:30-6:30 pm: Destination Discovery (all ages)
