Celebrating Partnership Through Inclusion: Hugs & Mugs at AIG in Chicago

Hugs & Mugs recently had the incredible opportunity to bring our mission to the AIG offices in Downtown Chicago for a special Customer Appreciation Event celebrating their partners at Marsh. It was an unforgettable day filled with connection, creativity, and community! 

Before the event, our talented interns worked diligently to create more than 200 custom mugs for guests, showcasing the skills, dedication, and attention to detail they practice every day in the café. During the event, our team kept busy serving gelato to a line of excited guests that stretched throughout the event, all while providing friendly customer service with plenty of smiles. 

Guests also had the chance to create heartfelt thank you, happy birthday, and new baby cards that will be shared with the families and generous donors who support GiGi’s Playhouse. It was a meaningful way to spread kindness beyond the event itself. 

We are so grateful to AIG and Marsh for partnering with Hugs & Mugs and creating an opportunity for our interns to shine. The day was a wonderful reminder of the power of inclusion, meaningful employment, and giving back. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a memorable success💙
