We offer the GiGiFIT Programs three sessions per year. Below are our 2026 dates:
Spring Session 2026 – 12 Weeks
Registration: December 14th 2025 – January 3rd 2026
Runs: January 26th – April 16th 2026
GiGiFIT Preschool runs (10 weeks): January 28th – April 1st 2026
Summer Session 2026 – 10 weeks
Registration: May 3rd – May 16th 2026
Runs: June 8th – August 13th 2026
Fall Session 2026 – 12 weeks for Adults and Teens
Registration: August 9th – August 22nd 2026
Runs: September 14th – December 10th 2026
GiGiFIT Preschool & Kids runs (10 weeks): September 16th – November 18th 2026
Program Days & Times
Preschooler: Wednesdays 5:00pm - 5:45pm
Kids: Wednesdays 6:15pm - 7:00pm
Teen: Mondays 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Adult: Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Thursdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Are you ready to start your journey to a Healthier U? It is never too early to start your fitness and wellness journey! GiGiFIT has programs for infants through adults! Did you know strengthening your infant’s core will help their speech?
The GiGiFIT programs are designed to address common issues for individuals with Down syndrome including hypotonia, excessive joint laxity, and decreased balance. Every GiGiFIT program is safe, effective, and progressive. GiGiFIT helps participants build strength, endurance, power, joint stability, balance, and movement control. GiGiFIT empowers participants to be more independent and confident in their abilities while improving their overall health and wellness!

Our FREE GiGiFIT programs combine activities with a strong fitness focus and an ultimate goal of success and improved movement designed by a physical therapist. GiGiFIT was created in collaboration with skilled Physical Therapists who work specifically with individuals with Down syndrome.
