Each year, GiGi’s Playhouse grants esteemed awards and certificates that recognize achievements within the network of Playhouses across North America. Below are the proud achievements from this Playhouse location:
2023: Core Value Champion: Get It Done - Lizz Maxwell, Mary Makulinski, and Erin Alexeff
This award is given to a Playhouse staff member who blasts through barriers and stands out among their peers in the Playhouse network
2023: Standard of Execution (SOE) Champion
Locations that have achieved Strong or Center of Excellence on at least 5 SOEs.
2022: Standard of Execution (SOE) Champion
Locations that have achieved Strong or Center of Excellence on at least 5 SOEs.
2022 - Community Leader Award - Lizz Maxwell, Site Director
The Community Leader Award honors a woman who has demonstrated excellence in leadership through deep local understanding and outstanding initiative. She consistently advances community-driven, innovative, and sustainable solutions to the region's most pressing challenges, and service to either one organization or a variety of volunteer activities.

2019: Core Value Champion: Locally Concerned, Enterprise Minded
This award is given to a Playhouse that thinks beyond their local community to share best practices and they have the humility to leverage the collective learnings from across the GiGi’s network.

2016: National Volunteer of the Year - Erin Alexeff and Kim Fennell
2015: Core Value Champion: Enthusiasm
This award is given to an emerging Playhouse that demonstrates exceptional potential and energy as they work toward their grand opening

The Standards of Execution (SOE’s) define a descriptive list of standards for each of the 8 core functions of the GiGi’s business. Each Playhouse has an opportunity to achieve along a continuum of growth.
