TEAM (Teamwork Exercise Activities Motivation) is our adult exercise and nutrition program. 10 adults commit to a 10 week program to eat well and keep track of their weekly exercise in a log. Each Wednesday they come to the Playhouse from 6-8pm and prepare a nutritious dinner, complete various workouts and then enjoy their dinner together, while learning nutrition facts and healthy lifestyle choices.
