This program will help promote friendships, social skills and peer interactions through creative and social activities. Recommended for children 5-8 years old. Held the second Thursday of every month from 6-7pm.

This is an interactive and engaging program for participants ages 9 through 12. We support the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program also supports gross motor skills through active games, as well as fine motor skills & self-help skills.

This group promotes friendships, social interaction, and communication through a variety of social activities, outings and games for teens. Recommended for all teens ages 13-17. Held the third Friday of every month from 7-9pm.

A fun night out to facilitate social interactions between adults with Down syndrome, their peers and the community. All adults welcome from ages 18 and up. Held the fourth Friday of every month from 7-9pm.

Currently being offered virtually, Language, Music N’ Our Peeps (LMNOP) guides parents and infants through learning basic sign language and through incorporating music and dance therapy into daily activities, to stimulate the child. Recommended for children 6-36 months old. Held the fourth Saturday of every month from 10-11am.

Our 2 & Under program is led by certified occupational therapists, offering topics and tips that are focused on the purposeful progression of each little one that attends. Join us to connect with other parents and grandparents, while helping your little one achieve his/her Best of All!

TEAM (Teamwork Exercise Activities Motivation) Increases strength, flexibility and endurance through participating in weekly group exercise, as well as nutritional knowledge of food groups, healthy choices and portion control through participating in a weekly cooking group. *requires pre-registration.
