Best of All – GiGiFIT Kids’ Squat Jump!

We are so proud of the effort and focus from our GiGiFIT Kids summer class! Check out the video below of them nailing their variation of a squat jump! They have been practicing so much all summer. Standing up from a chair and using that momentum to jump forward works to build up muscle in the hips and quadriceps, which is important for everyday activities like running and playing! We are so impressed with all the hard work we are already seeing this session! Amazing job, all!
Special feature: James’ younger brother, Andrew! We love working out with our siblings, too!
