GiGi’s Sports Challenge 

Mark your calendars, Buffalo! An exciting, high-energy event is on the horizon, and you won’t want to miss it. 

The GiGi’s Sports Challenge is coming on May 16th from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM at The R.O.C.K. – and it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable morning of movement, teamwork, and fun for all ages! 

What is the GiGi’s Sports Challenge? 

The GiGi’s Sports Challenge is more than just an event; it’s a celebration of inclusion, achievement, and community. Designed for individuals of all ages and abilities, this event creates a welcoming environment where everyone can explore sports, build confidence, and experience the joy of active play. 

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or trying something new for the first time, this event is all about participation, encouragement, and having fun together. 

What to Expect 

This year’s challenge is packed with exciting opportunities to try a variety of sports and activities, thanks to some incredible community partners: 

• A special flag football experience brought by the Buffalo Bills 

• Adaptive sports programming with SABAH (Greater Adaptive Sports of WNY) 

• Interactive stations hosted by High Five, Buffalo Hurricanes, and XGEN 

Participants will have the chance to explore: 

• Flag Football 

• Lacrosse 

• Field Hockey 

• Basketball 

• Volleyball 

• Fun games and skill-building activities 

Fun for Our Littlest Participants 

We haven’t forgotten about our youngest friends! There will be a dedicated space just for them, featuring: 

• An obstacle course 

• Ball pit fun 

• Age-appropriate games 

• Introductory sports sampling 

It’s the perfect way for little ones to get moving, build confidence, and enjoy the excitement in a safe and supportive setting.
