GiGi Prep Finishes It’s First Year!

Congratulations to our inaugural class of GiGi Prep Atlanta!
Our first class worked extremely hard to improve their communication skills, their fitness knowledge, and their independent living skills.  This semester we visited Children Helping Children, MemberClicks, and Morgan Stanley where we learned about the business and we were able to practice our customer service skills in our Pop-Up Shoppe.  We also had guest speakers from Robert Half and Briggs & Assoc to learn valuable lessons in career development and how to secure employment.
GiGi Prep is not all work though.  We also visited Habima Theatre  to see the fabulous play Xanadu and today, we celebrated the completion of the semester with a competitive bowling match and lunch.
While GiGi Prep is designed to enhance healthy living, independent living, and communication and job skills, it is also allows us develop relationships with our peers and the community.  It is these relationships that add value to our lives and give individuals a world class voice.
