Meet our Program Leads for Tuesday Playhouse Pals

GiGi’s Playhouse Tampa is offering Playhouse Pals for our participants between the ages of 4-10, a few times a week.   On Tuesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm we will be offering Playhouse Pals directed by our Program Leads from All About Speech and Language, a Tampa based therapy group.

We are so fortunate to have such incredible expertise donating their time in order to provide no-cost programming in our Playhouse in Playhouse Pals.  Get ready for some fun while working on fine motor skills, socialization, speech and language.

Brieann Yimoyines Papp, M.S., CCC-SLP

Brieann is the Co-Founder of All About Speech & Language, alongside her sister and colleague Alicia Yimoyines, M.S. CCC-SLP. They are also founders of the Socialights program, the first social group in Tampa Bay co-lead by speech-language pathologists and licensed occupational therapists.

Brieann attended Boston University for her Master of Science degree (M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology. Her Bachelor of Art (B.A.) is in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida.

Brieann is trained in PROMPT technique, Interactive Metronome, DIR/Floortime, Lindamood Bell and Orton Gillingham reading instruction, TLC Lively Letters, and PEERS social skill instruction. She incorporates principles from Verbal Behavior Therapy and Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) into her work, after training under licensed therapists trained in these two different therapeutic interventions.

Brieann takes great pleasure in working with the pediatric population. With a genuine love and empathetic concern for her clients and their families, Brieann believes in supporting each child, as a team, throughout every life stage; celebrating each milestone, while building a variety of skills necessary to prosper in the clinic, at home, at school, and in the community. Furthermore, it is especially important to Brieann and her colleagues to teach the necessary life skills to foster personal growth and independence for their clients to subsequently live, work, and become part of their own community.

In her spare time Brieann can be found spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling, running and kayaking, and enjoying the sunny Florida weather!

Alicia infuses great passion and sincere love and care into her work and toward each individual client she serves. She considers it a privilege to be a part of each of her clients’ lives, successes, and journeys ahead.

When not fulfilling her role as a speech-language therapist, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, taking photographs of the beauty around her, or spending time at the water fishing or kayaking.
