Participants Best of All – Our GFAC Donut Run Kid Dashers for Down Syndrome

GFAC Donut Run Kid Dashers for Down Syndrome

Isabella, Carmen and Dashers with medals

This years GFAC Donut Run was by far the biggest event for GiGi’s Playhouse San Diego and with that being said the Kid Dasher’s for Down Syndrome were out showing all participants how to get this fun run, walk, wheel, race, dash started and boy did they!

Dasher Stretching

Starting with some much needed stretching, getting those bodies moving and warmed up with some fun dance movements of course. These active participants were a force to be reckoned with!

Dasher stretching fun

The kiddo’s were then off to start the race with Kids Dash for Down Syndrome and boy did they. So many littles putting their best foot forward while the crowd cheered on.

Dashers

In the first photo you see Isabella, a participant who was so excited for the Dash that she ran independently the entire race, with her mom trying to keep up. Way to go Isabella! With strength, endurance and a bit of fun, anything is possible!
