Welcome, Kathryn!

This summer we have a new face here at the Playhouse. Please help us welcome Kathryn! She will be tutoring in literacy and math, providing handwriting sessions, and helping with many of the summer programs and events! We’re excited to have her with us. We asked her to tell us a little about herself. You can see that below.

My name is Kathryn Benshish, and I am working as an intern here at GiGi’s Playhouse in the Quad Cities over the summer. This fall, I am going to be a senior at Augustana College, and I am majoring in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in English. In the future, I want to work as a school counselor.

 

 

Some fun facts about me are that I love taking care of houseplants, and baking and my favorite color is green!

I am so excited about everything I get to be involved with at GiGi’s Playhouse this Summer, and I can’t wait to meet everyone!
