Participant Best of All

“Emma got a private music class and did her Best of All by staying engaged for 45 minutes! She had a blast singing and signing about Thanksgiving and playing instruments!” – Music Makers

“Hannah did her Best of All at LMNOP! She explored rhythm with shakers, listened and moved to a Thanksgiving song, and played with movement and color with scarves!” – LMNOP

Volunteer Spotlight

Dr. Erin Hopkins mentioned above is our spotlight for the month. Erin comes to us from the Cleveland, OH area where she volunteered for the Cleveland Playhouse. She recently relocated to the Quad Cities and was excited to get involved here too! She jumped right in with assisting the Music Makers: Rock Band Program (16+) and is now leading LMNOP (0-3 years) and Music Makers Kids (5+12 years). These programs are on the calendar in December and January too! We hope to see you there. Register early so you don’t forget and we can plan accordingly!

PS Please remember that the ages listed for programs are suggestions. (i.e. if your 4-year-old wants to attend either of these they are more than welcome!)

Playhouse Inspiration

In a partnership with Dick’s House of Sports, we held a Family Fun Night and boy was it FUN! Participants enjoyed the rock wall, the Hit Trax cage, and the golf simulator. #BestofAll was the Dick’s staff and the 13U Midwest Sluggers team! They all worked well with participants and engaged families in participating. We can’t wait to do this again!
