GiGi’s Playhouse Indianapolis

Trivia Night

Create a team of up to 8 people and test your knowledge on a range of subjects – virtually!

Date: Saturday, December 12, 2020

Location: Virtual

In our first ever virtual interactive fundraiser, GiGi's Playhouse Indianapolis is pleased to partner with Hambone’s Trivia! You haven’t played trivia until you’ve played Hambone’s! Hambone’s creates entertaining, immersive, experiential games that require reason, not just recall so everyone can play, no matter your level of trivia knowledge. Hambone’s Trivia tests your knowledge in entertainment, music, sports, geography, science, history, and pop culture. Their signature game includes fan favorites like the picture round and the “wagering with confidence” round. *This is a family friendly event!

How Does Virtual Trivia Work?

EASY AS 1, 2, 3!

  1. Assign a Team Captain and determine a Team Name. The Team Captain will be the person responsible for submitting the answers for your team via a Google form during the game.
  2. Determine how you’ll get together – in person or in a virtual setting (Zoom, Google Hangout, Facetime, etc.).
  3. Prior to the event you will be sent a link to join a YouTube Live private game. Click the link and feel free to join a few minutes early so you can get familiar with the technology and set up.

Note- you will likely have multiple screens or tabs open. One for the YouTube live game, the other for Google form answer sheets and another if you are collaborating virtually with others. Play your heart out and have fun!

Meet the Experts

Stephanie Cantwell

The Cantwells are known for their Disney knowledge. Stephanie grew up going to the Disney parks and now owns a family travel agency that has a focus on Disney vacations. She's been to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and even Disneyland Paris. Jeff grew up a huge Star Wars fan (meaning he also has read all the books...not just the movies). The kids are now huge fans of all things Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel. We've lost count of the number of times we've been to Walt Disney World as a family. Stephanie was ranked in the Disney Store trivia contests when she worked their part time for two years. The family has won trivia contests at their church and recently at a local organization's trivia night. Whether it's Disney parks or Disney movies, we are confident that we will know the answer!

Kyle Meehan

I’ve been playing Hambone’s Trivia at Union Jack in Broad Ripple for about 2 years, and we were back-to-back season champions the last 2 seasons. I have participated in multiple theme games including those for US states, US presidents, and sports. I have also used Hambone’s for team building at work and for our annual backyard trivia party. Hambone’s has become a staple in our family—I regularly play with my father, and both of my sons have worked for Hambone’s.
