GiGi’s Annual Golf Outing

This week GiGi’s Playhouse hosted their annual Golf Outing, and we could not be more thankful for everyone attending and coordinating this event. Originally, the golf outing was scheduled for August, but due to weather conditions we had to reschedule for October 10th and what a perfect day it was! The day was filled with sunshine and a nice breeze. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day to golf. We greatly appreciated everyone’s flexibility to adjusting to another day of golf and give a huge shout out to our volunteers! We simply could have a successful event without your help and effort. Thank you everyone who came out to support GiGi’s Playhouse!

The best part about hosting a Golf Outing is truly making it one of a kind. Each hole was just as interesting as the next. From games to gelato to serving drinks while waiting your turn, we had something for everyone to enjoy! One of the games was a putting contest hosted by our interns at Hugs & Mugs and GiGi Ambassadors. They were wonderful at making the game interesting and informing the golfers that they could have a chance to win 2 free tickets to our Gala for only $10! Who could say no? The interns were really branching out and were very friendly with all the golfers. One of our GiGi Ambassadors, Aubrey, had this to say about our event, “It felt amazing to be there at the golf outing. I got to meet so many incredible people who sponsored GiGi’s Playhouse Golf Outing. I got to meet a beautiful lady who works at Color Street nail salon. Then I got to see Vince Foglia from the YMCA and his wife Pat. She was so nice and wonderful to talk to. It was a beautiful day. Best day ever!” Thank you Aubrey for telling us how your side of the golf event and I think everyone would agree on how wonderful event it truly was. We hope to see everyone again at next year’s Golf Outing and new faces too! Thank you to all the volunteers, interns, coordinators, staff, and the Gianni’s for such an incredible and fun event! We are already looking forward to next year!
