Tell us about yourself (Professional and Family).
I am a sophomore at Roosevelt High School and have a 3.9 GPA. My family includes my mom, dad, step dad, 2 step sisters, 1 step brother, and 2 half brothers. We also have 5 pets.
Why did you decide to volunteer at GiGi’s Playhouse?
I was introduced to GiGi’s at a volunteer fair through my middle school and their message caught my eye. I love helping people and helping others overcome any obstacles thrown their way.
What is the most inspiring Program to you and why?
The tutoring program inspires me the most because being able to see a child or adult grow and learn is one of the greatest things a person may witness and being able to aid in that growth is so rewarding.
Where do you see the future of GiGi’s Playhouse Des Moines heading?
GiGi’s has already come so far, but I hope to see even more expansion and different types of programs for all ages/abilities! It’s an organization worth growing for sure!
