LNMOP At HelloBaby

GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago has formed a community partnership with HelloBaby to expand access to therapeutic services for infants, toddlers and their families that are residents of the South and Westside of Chicago.  HelloBaby is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to “support, empower and inspire families raising young children in underserved neighborhoods in Chicago.” The organization provides a free play space and various musical and learning programs for children ages 0 to 3 years old.  In addition, HelloBaby provides parenting resources and supplies such as diapers and toys to families within the community. GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago is excited to partner with HelloBaby to raise social awareness of the Down syndrome Community and share their dynamic groups and services to families within diverse communities. Language, Music ‘N Our Peeps is one of the most popular groups offered.  It is an interactive class that incorporates opportunities for socialization, building language skills and participating in unstructured play with motivating weekly themes. GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago is always looking for new families of all abilities to join the fun!

With the generous grant provided by The Chicago Board of Trade, GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago seeks to continue and expand this partnership with HelloBaby and other partners throughout the West and Southside neighborhoods of Chicago.
