Welcome, Emily!

Hi everyone! My name is Emily Mangan and I am an intern at GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago this summer. I just finished my junior year of undergrad at Baylor University, and I am happy to be home for the summer. As a Pre-Occupational Therapy student, GiGi’s Playhouse is a great opportunity for me to learn more about the profession and gain valuable experience. I am looking forward to assisting with programs, meeting families and continuing literacy and math tutoring. I have been a volunteer at GiGi’s Playhouse in the past, but I am excited to become more involved. Outside of the Playhouse and school, I enjoy playing pickleball with friends, baking sourdough bread with my mom, and going on walks in the neighborhood.

I look forward to meeting you all and I am excited to be a part of the GiGi’s Playhouse community!
