Finding Your Oxygen Mask is a workshop designed to give parents and caregivers of children who have special needs practical and easy tools to deal with stress, anxiety and depression.
In this workshop:
• Learn how to rewire your brain through yoga and breathing techniques to better handle stress, anxiety and find emotional balance in the midst of difficulty.
• Participate in a 15-20 minute yoga/meditation session (mostly seated and gentle stretching).
• Gain simple and practical tools for self-empowerment and setting up your own home meditation space.
*No meditation or yoga experience is required.

The workshop will be led by Sarah Kleiner and presented by GiGi’s Playhouse Atlanta and DSAA.

About Sarah Kleiner
Sarah found yoga 10 years ago after her daughter was diagnosed with autism, apraxia and sensory processing disorder. From the time she took her very first class, she knew she had found a gift that she wanted to share with other parents who had children with special needs. Sarah has been teaching yoga and meditation in the Atlanta area since 2012 and is very passionate about empowering parents and caregivers to find healing and peace in this ancient practice.
